High resilience low pressure variable fluorosilicone rubber is referred to as FVMQ. Generally, 0.2% to 0.4% vinyl siloxane copolymerization modification is also introduced into the molecular chain. Colorless transparent high viscosity plastic linear polymer compound, the main chain is composed of silicon and oxygen atoms, the side groups connected to silicon are methyl, vinyl and trifluoropropyl groups, the molecular weight is between 500,000 and 800,000. With various additives, it can be mixed into homogeneous rubber. Under the action of organic peroxide, it can be vulcanized into various elastic rubber products. In addition to the characteristics of general silicone rubber, it also has excellent resistance to fuel oil, hydraulic oil, transformer oil, engine oil, and chemical solvents. It can work for a long time at -60℃~+230℃.

Note:

1. Vulcanizing agent: DBPH. The dosage is 0.53gDBPH/100g premixed glue.

2. One stage vulcanization: 170℃*10Min. Two stage vulcanization: 200℃*4H.

 

Instructions:

 

1. Mixing: Remix several times on the open mill, add vulcanizing agent, and then adjust back to 0.5mm-1mm thin pass 8-10 times after the material is finished, and then leave the tablet and park it.

2. Vulcanization: After re-milling the fluorosilicone compounded rubber with the vulcanizing agent, it is sliced or cut into the desired shape, and then molded and vulcanized on the molding machine.

 

Applications:

 

1. Aviation industry: seals and contacts of fuel oil and lubricating oil on aircraft, such as various O-rings, gaskets, sealing rings, sensor materials, diaphragms, wire clamps for fluorosilicon gaskets, and can also be used in aircraft fuel tanks overall seal.

2. Automobile industry: all kinds of vehicle sealing rings, oil seals, diaphragms, conduits, valve linings, etc.

Compared with fluororubber, oil resistance and solvent resistance are also good. After dipping in the same medium, temperature and time, they all show excellent performance. It can be said that fluorosilicone rubber is the only elastomer that can withstand non-polar media at -60°C to 230°C. The gasoline resistance of fluorosilicone rubber is also relatively good. Even in the gasoline/methanol mixed system, the hardness, tensile strength, and volume changes of the vulcanized rubber are very small. After 600h long-term immersion test, the physical properties change Also very small.
